At one point this year I was maintaining over 6 different personal websites and blogs, all with different purposes and focus. I was also running a side business that hosted several other blogs and websites for several clients. This in addition to my full time job.
Several months ago I entered total burn out and decided to stop all posting for all the sites and to look at my options.
Since then I sold one website (and was able to purchase a nice new lens.) I stopped posting to two other blogs that I was maintaining. Finally, I told all my hosting clients that I was leaving the business at the end of this year.
So for the past couple of months I have been enjoying having the extra time to spend on my photography. My goal for next year is to try and post a new picture to my photo blog on a daily basis. I will also get back into the habit of posting more Canon news stories on this site as well. In addition to news stories, I also want to add some depth to the information provided on this site. Rather than just a PR reposting site, I want to provide some real value to the visitors of this site.
